GENERAL INFORMATION

What time can check-in and check-out be done?

Check-in and check-out are available from 16:00 to 19:00.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian, English, French and Romanian.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located at Via Case Sparse, 33, Località Piazzano, Tuoro sul Trasimeno (Cortona side).

How to reach us:
The most convenient way to reach Piazzano and Agriturismo Parco Fiorito is by car. Airports and train stations are a few kilometres away, and you can continue by rental car or with the property’s transfer service (available on request and subject to a fee, with advance booking).

By air, the nearest airport is Florence (about 130 km). Perugia also has a small airport (about 55 km) with domestic and some European flights. Rome and Pisa airports are also options, about 200 km away.

The closest train station is Terontola-Cortona (about 6 km), on the Florence–Rome and Florence–Perugia lines. From the north you can connect via Florence or Arezzo; from the south via Rome or Arezzo, depending on the train type.

By car, from the A1 motorway (Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome), exit at Valdichiana and continue towards Perugia on the expressway. Take the Castiglion del Lago exit, follow signs to Cortona (via Terontola) on SS71. After Riccio, turn right towards Ossaia on SP35 and continue towards Montanare / Mercatale up to Pergo. From there, follow signs for Agriturismo Parco Fiorito. If arriving from Cortona, take SP34–35 towards Montanare–Mercatale up to Pergo and follow the signs. If using GPS, enter: “Cortona Località Pergo”.

Is there parking at the property?

Yes, free and not guarded.

What accessibility features does the property have?

One one-bedroom apartment is equipped with an accessible bathroom. The property also has wheelchair-access ramps throughout the grounds.

Does the property have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free of charge.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs, cats and other pets are welcome. A final cleaning supplement applies to ensure proper sanitisation for guests with allergies: €20 for stays up to 2 nights, €40 for stays of 3 nights or more.

Is there luggage storage available?

Yes, free of charge.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

Air conditioning (extra charge €18 per night), heating included, wardrobe, safe, bathtub and/or shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, garden view, free Wi-Fi, connecting rooms.

Is there a tourist tax?

No.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat, PayPal.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

How does check-in work at the property?

From 16:00 to 19:00 we welcome guests with a glass of our own red wine. We register all guests’ documents. Upon arrival, guests are informed about all available services, including the seasonal outdoor pool, the heated indoor pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, and breakfast (included or available for €12 per person if not included). Guests are then escorted to their accommodation.

Can check-in be done earlier?

On request.

Can check-out be extended?

No.

What are the reception hours?

8:00 – 20:00.

Is breakfast included?

The BB rate includes breakfast; the room-only rate does not include breakfast.

In the dining hall.

What type of breakfast is served?

A traditional farmhouse breakfast with coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea and herbal teas, homemade cakes and tarts, toast, homemade jams, butter and honey. A savoury option with eggs, cold cuts and cheeses is available on request for an extra charge.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available?

Yes.

SPA, POOL & GYM

Is there a spa or wellness centre on site?

Yes: a heated pool with hydromassage, geysers and chromotherapy. Access costs €30 per adult and €20 per child, including a bathrobe for adults and a spa towel for children.

What are the spa/wellness centre opening hours?

By appointment from 10:00 to 22:00. In winter it is available only on weekends with advance booking.

Do you provide a spa kit?

Yes, bathrobe and/or spa towels.

Is there a swimming pool on site?

Yes.

What are the pool opening hours?

 7:00 – 19:00.
